Join HoH Board member Carol Milam for donation based community yoga at BrightBear Yoga in Thomas, WV. Classes are Sunday night Feb 9th and 16th at 5pm.  

Heart of the Highlands ended our scheduled trail work season with over 550 hours of trail work accomplished by more than 50 volunteers.  A sincere thank you to our volunteers and trail stewards.  Please celebrate our 2024 trail work season at the “Friends of the Trails” appreciation party sponsored by Blackwater Bicycle Assn. on Nov.

Greens, wire, rings and techniques are provided. You bring extra colorful decorations to garnish your creation. Bring spare greens to share as well.  Donations benefit Heart Of the Highlands Trail Network in Davis this year.

Heart of the Highlands Board Member Carol Milam will be teaching classes at Bright Bear Yoga in Thomas, WV on Sunday March 3rd and March 10th from 5-6 PM.  Carol will guide students through a simple practice of restorative poses in a warm (but not hot) room. The goal is to facilitate stretching connective tissue through long holds.
